We are currently seeking an experienced QC Tech to join our dedicated 2nd-shift team in Williamsport, PA.
Second-shift runs 4-nights/week: Monday - Thursday, 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM . Flexibility required to work overtime and weekend hours, as needed.
***Second-shift coworkers receive a 25% shift differential!
DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for insuring that various visual inspections and checks are accomplished and specifications are followed in the day-to-day operations of the fabrication shops to assure the quality of the product meets customer requirements. This position is located in the Fabrication area.
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING, AND/OR EDUCATION REQUIRED :
  • Minimum of 1-3 years experience in a structural steel fabrication shop
LICENSE, CERTIFICATES OR REGISTRATIONS REQUIRED:
  • AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) required!
  • Bridge Coatings Inspector or equivalent certifications (RT, UT, MT and/or NACE preferred.)
  • A valid PA driver's license
