Position Overview:

In this role, you'll work with warm follow-up leads, nurturing relationships with our customers and finding solutions to their current needs. We're looking for someone with a background in inside sales and direct customer relations, ready to make a real difference.
Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining the company culture and core values.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with existing customers.
  • Contacting existing customers via email and phone to follow up on potential opportunities.
  • Consult with existing customers to provide a customized HVAC system solution.
  • Participate in training to continue growth and development as a professional.
  • Analyze customer needs for HVAC equipment, create a sales proposal, finalize the sale, and follow up with each customer to ensure complete satisfaction.
  • Provide customers with solutions for their HVAC and other home comfort needs.
  • Conduct post-sale follow-up to ensure all sales agreements have been fulfilled to customer satisfaction.
  • Follow-up with existing sales bids and leads to offer any additional information as needed to convert them into sales.
  • Overcome technical and business objections of prospective customers.
Qualifications:
  • Proven Inside Sales experience (preferably in an HVAC, but not required)
  • Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Strong phone presence
  • Passion for sales and ability to make dozens of calls per day
  • Strong listening skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Quick, sound decision-making abilities.
  • Keen attention to detail and computer literacy is a must
  • Good presentation and public speaking skills are a plus.
  • Ability to build trust and demonstrate empathy.
  • Inside sales representatives should also be very competitive and a good listener
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with personnel of other departments
