- Seeking out additional educational growth opportunities outside of Hillel
- Attending and actively participating in all Orientation days
- Participating in special school events including, but not limited to, Open House, Back to School Night, grade level trips, and special student performances. Attendance at all other community/school events is encouraged
- Being visibly and actively present and on time for all other assigned duties on campus
- A four-year degree from a college or university.
- A Valid teaching credential, Master's Degree and/or previous elementary school teaching experience
- Readers and Writers Workshop training
- Responsive Classroom Training
- Illustrative Math training
