A Premium Consumer Goods Manufacturing Company in the Nashville area is growing and needs a Corporate Controller to manage financial consolidations of domestic and multinational entities as well as oversee corporate Accounting, AP/AR, and Manufacturing Inventory.

Responsibilities:

• the development and successful implementation of accounting and control policies and procedures
• Treasury in monitoring, managing, and maintaining daily and weekly cashflow, and projections both regionally and internationally
• the accounting, controls, and financial reporting of multinational businesses
• the month-end closing process, including income, liquidity, and capital projections.
• completion of daily transactions including general accounting, bank reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, royalty reporting, inventory control, and sale audit function
• AP process, track expenses, conduct variance analysis, and identify areas for improvement
• accurate and efficient delivery of income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements by the overall team
• audited financial statement prep/footnotes and EBITDA management.
• appropriate and timely filing of all lender reporting, including lender compliance certificates and related materials
• and implement financial transactions, shared service, and reporting process improvements globally
• the accounting team and advise the executive team on business decisions and growth initiatives across the organization.

Requirements:

• degree in accounting, finance, or a similar field
• license
• years of experience in accounting within a Global company
• years of experience in cost accounting, inventory management, and consolidations
• in QuickBooks or similar software
• working in retail, manufacturing, or Omni channel environments
• working with PE-backed companies
• years of public accounting experience
• track record of implementing a robust accounting, business processes, and financial management controls environment
