**Job Overview:** We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of HR practices and processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the success of our organization by managing employee relations, implementing HR strategies, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. **Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy - Manage the recruitment and selection process, including conducting interviews and negotiating job offers - Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs - Administer benefits programs and resolve any related issues - Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to employees - Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions - Manage payroll processes and ensure accuracy in all compensation-related matters - Utilize data analysis skills to monitor HR metrics and recommend improvements - Ensure compliance with labor regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws **Experience:** - Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role - In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures - Experience with ADP or similar HR software systems - Strong understanding of benefits administration and payroll processes - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective employee management - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; Master’s degree is a plus If you are a dynamic HR professional looking to make a significant impact within our organization, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
