Unified Industries Incorporated (UII) is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development/Contracts Manager to drive our growth and strategic partnerships.

In this role, your Key Responsibilities will include:

• Identify and secure new business opportunities with government and commercial clients.
• Lead and mentor the business development team to achieve sales targets.
• Develop strategic partnerships and negotiate beneficial agreements.
• Oversee proposal development , ensuring compliance with RFP requirements.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers.
• Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities.
• Deliver compelling presentations and represent UII at industry events.

Your Qualifications will include:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 5 years in business development, with a focus on federal government contracts.
• Proficient in MS Office , SharePoint, and CRM tools.
• Experience with Seaport, SAM.gov, and federal acquisition processes.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Government Secret Clearance.
