Role Description
This is a consulting / contract role for a professional with expertise in the Wholesale of high end shoes (price range retail 250 to 700)
Showroom is in the New York City / Chelsea area. The professional will be responsible for developing the shoes area introducing our brands to top high end retailers in US and Canada.
· build and manage distribution & growth of 4 specific Italian brands in North America including womenswear shoes & possibly accessory l(belts and bags).
· Define sales strategies by brand by presenting seasonal sales targets/budgets.
· Create distribution strategies to establish quality accounts and generate new business.
· Lead Sales in quarterly sales campaigns for all brands.
· Manage sell in process, merchandising market follow up
· Compose collection recaps with market feedback, sales analysis & growth opportunities.
· explore creative selling opportunities between seasonal selling campaigns.

Qualifications
The Hive Showroom is looking for a professional with dense expertise in Wholesale Shoes to join starting mid July for Spring Summer 2025.
Skills
● 3 years of shoes Wholesale Apparel experience
● Knowledge of competitive market space and possess luxury brand sensibility
● Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a faced-past environment
● Detail-orientated and skilled in project management
● proven relationship with buyer in North American market.
● ability to work independently and to join during market appointment at showroom and for strategy meetings
