You will be responsible for consulting with and guiding our clients through the entire home-buying process. From contacting qualified leads to showing homes to the negotiation process and final sale, you will be the buyer’s point of contact, and ensure they have a positive experience. • Make sure buyers clients go through a seamless home purchasing process including helping buyers choose mortgage options that fit their budget
• Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers
• Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market
• Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction
• Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home

• Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
• Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience
• Provide world-class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume
• Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in on their home wants and needs and close the deal
• Consistently reach out and follow up with leads to grow sales opportunities
• Followup with provided leads according to our established model that we teach you

• Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred
• Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
• Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry
• At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience
• An established track record of successful real estate sales
