We are looking for dedicated Real Estate Sales Agents who are motivated and passionate about making the home-buying experience as simple and streamlined as it can be. We need people to join our dynamic and fast-growing team.

We have more qualified leads than we can handle. As the largest Zillow Flex partner in the State of Virginia and the largest Realtor.com client in the State of Virginia, we NEED to grow to service all the business we are receiving.

Compensation:

$125,000 at plan

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience
  • Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline
  • Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
  • Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community
  • Prospect for new leads to promote new business
Qualifications:
  • Must have a valid Real Estate License
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
  • A successful and proven sales history is preferred

  • Organized and manages time effectively
  • Self-motivation and drive
