The Hollister Group is Hiring a Benefits Specialist Near Boston, MA

Benefits Specialist

Our client, a well-known Non-Profit in Boston, MA, is currently searching for a Benefits Specialist to add support to their HR team. This role will be fully on-site and requires previous Benefits experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills, superior attention to detail, and confidentiality.

Compensation: up to $65,000 DOE

**rate listed not guaranteed – potential offers vary based on experience level, qualifications, and internal equity and may be outside of this range.

Applicants must be able to work on-site 5 days per week in Boston, MA to be eligible for this position, free parking is available.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitates benefits registration, enrollment and changes for all employees including; COBRA, FMLA, PFMLA, LOA, disability, medical, dental, vision, etc.

• Field and address calls, emails, messages, and inquiries about benefits in a timely manner

• Assist in open enrollment, maintain relationships with vendors

• Assist with organizing offsite and onsite events and ordering supplies

• Work alongside other HR professionals to facilitate communication and collaboration across teams

• HR and Benefits related administration

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent HR experience required

• 3 years of direct experience in Benefits Administration

• Knowledge of Dayforce a huge plus

• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, HRIS systems

• Must be organized, level-headed, and able to manage multiple tasks/projects according to urgency with confidentiality
