Grants Associate

Our client, a non-profit based in Boston, is actively searching for a Grants Associate to add to their team. The person in this role should have 3-5 years of relevant experience, the ability to manage a CRM database, and strong project management skills.

**Candidates must be local to the Boston area to be considered as there are on-site requirements x2-3 days/wk.**

Prior to starting, candidates must pass a background check.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the Salesforce database providing administrative support
• Maintain and manage grant projects and workflows
• Support Grants Management team and work collaboratively across other teams
• Serve as point person for verification calls
• Provide support for grants management processes

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Flexibility with everchanging priorities and deadlines
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint and CRM databases, Salesforce strongly preferred
• Excellent attention to detail
• Experience working in the nonprofit sector
