The Hollister Group is Hiring a Treasury Analyst Near Boston, MA

Treasury Analyst

Our Accounting & Finance Staffing team is currently looking to speak with candidates who would be a good fit for roles with the specifications below:
Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily cash management activities such as scheduling cash, short-term investing, and wire transmission
  • Assist with month-end close process consisting of creating monthly valuation packages to support journal entries and general ledger reconciliation
  • Monitor compliance and coordinate quarterly compliance with all corporate ISDA agreements
  • Assist with maintenance and optimization of the treasury management system
  • Develop and initiate projects to improve accounting, reporting, and analysis to ensure that these functions are performed efficiently and that clear audit trails are maintained
  • Coordinate support for independent audits, monitor progress, respond to auditors’ questions and communicate all relevant issues to management
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2 years of related experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized with excellent analytical problem solving
  • Strong personal computer skills including spreadsheet and database required
  • Ability to work independently and manage various projects and responsibilities according to urgency
  • Familiarity with treasury management systems preferred
  • FX forward experience or equity derivatives experience preferred
