Position Summary The primary role of a Steward is to properly clean and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils and kitchen equipment while maintaining dish room dish machine.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities ? Operate dish machines to company and manufacturer specifications ? Use proper measurements of detergent and sanitizer in the dish machine ? Restock all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans and other kitchen equipment ? Break down, cleans and sanitizes the dish machine each shift ? Keep dish and other storage areas clean and organized ? Assist in the removal of all garbage from Kitchen and Stewarding areas ? Follow established health and safety standards ? Follow all policies and procedures put forth by the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel ? Other duties as assigned.
