WHAT WE OFFER?Pay Ranges:
- Movers: $16.00 - $20.00/hr
- Crew Lead / Drivers: $20.00/hr - $24.00/hr
- Paid uniforms provided.
- Monthly team outings to build camaraderie.
- Free snacks and drinks provided on workdays.
- Complimentary car washes to keep your vehicle looking its best.
- Complimentary haircuts for a polished and professional appearance.
- Moving Industry Experience
- Must be able to lift/push/pull 75 pounds or more
- Valid Driver's License with Clean MVR record
- Reliable transportation to work daily
- Previous experience driving 26ft box trucks
- Must be okay with undergoing a background check and drug test
- Be Accountable: Arrive on time and in uniform daily
- Physical Work: Load, Pack, Unload furniture and boxes for customer’s moves
- Provide 5-Star Experience: Smile throughout the day and go the extra mile to make the move seamless for the customer
- Stay Safe: Follow all company policies and procedures for safety and efficiency
- Be Responsible: Lead the rest of the team and drive the 26ft truck safely from each point
