The Role
We are looking for an experienced eCommerce and DTC leader to run our Honest.com website and direct-to-consumer channel. This role will be for a 3-4 month temporary placement during a maternity leave coverage.
Roles and Responsibilities Drive Sales

• Drive sales via conversion improvements and site optimizations (i.e. SEO)
• Execute marketing campaigns, promotions and new products launches on honest.com
• Oversee CRM campaigns across email, app push notifications and SMS Website Management
• Oversee UI/UX Roadmap and Jira tix management
• Manage ecommerce agency relationships
• Analyze daily sales trends and site analytics to drive decisions and improvements Ecommerce

Team Leadership

• Manage a team of 5 direct reports - Lead team meetings and set team priorities
• Connect weekly with individual team members and support/ coach as needed Cross Functional

Team Connectivity

• Ensure accurate product forecast and business team partnership
• Partner cross functionally across tech, brand, customer service, finance and supply chain teams

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in Direct to Consumer and E-commerce
• Experience managing team of direct reports
• Strong project management experience
• Strong analytical ability and experience
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Salesforce a plus
• Located in Los Angeles, CA

Compensation The pay range for this role is $67- $84/hourly. Actual compensation is based on many factors including but not limited to depth of experience, skill level, ability, knowledge, education, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
