Job Summary:
Hello! We are seeking a dedicated Shift Leader to join our team at HoneyBaked Ham! We are unique in the restaurant industry as we have great work-life balance (no late nights or early mornings typically). We are looking to hire someone full time who would grow into an assistant manager. The ideal candidate will have experience in food safety, restaurant management, and possess strong leadership skills. We are a tight knit team with a great working environment (you are not just a number, but a core team member who is valued).

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations during assigned shifts
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company standards
- Help with inventory management
- Supervise staff in various roles including kitchen, front-of-house, and cash handling
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns promptly
- Train and mentor team members on company policies and procedures
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the establishment

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting
- Proficiency in inventory control and familiarity with POS systems
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $16.00 - $18.25 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
