Salary:

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated EMEA Recruiter to lead our talent acquisition efforts across the region. The ideal candidate will have experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a focus on sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent in the EMEA reguon. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the EMEA employment landscape.

Location : Remote

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various roles across the EMEA region.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Source and attract top talent using various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate with external recruitment agencies when necessary.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to onboard new hires effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5years of experience in recruiting, with a focus on EMEA hiring.
  • Strong knowledge of EMEA employment laws, regulations, and market trends.
  • Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and MS Office Suite.
  • Fluent in second language preferred
