The HT Group has a client that is experienced and detail-oriented Residential Construction Procurement/Project Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of residential construction projects from initiation to completion. This individual must possess strong leadership skills, exceptional project management abilities, and a deep understanding of construction processes. The Residential Construction Procurement/Project Manager will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 10 years of experience in Residential Project Management required.
• Knowledge of exemplary product vendors in the building materials sector.
• Experience reading CADD designs, blueprints, and permitting documentation for residential developments.
• Proven experience as a Residential Construction Project Manager, with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and industry best practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, as this employee would be reporting directly to their CEO.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
