We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Real Estate Agent that wants to build their business of working with more buyers and sellers while also growing their own team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in the real estate industry, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to mentor newer agents.

Team Lead Responsibilities:

  • Help build and lead the your own real estate team in Orlando, including being the foundation for your teams culture
  • Leading by example with using our proven systems and models to generate active buyers and sellers
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, including buying, selling, and leasing of properties
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, industry partners, and other stakeholders in the real estate industry
  • Work closely with The Huffaker Group leadership team to ensure that the expansion location meets its growth and production targets

The Huffaker Groups Responsibilities:

  • Actively grow your team through different methods of recruitment
  • Manage day-to-day tasks that will ensure the productivity of the expansion location
  • Provide all agents with operational support
  • Provide all agents with a technology platform, lead generation help, marketing resources
  • Coach agents and hold them accountable to their goals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $103,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year
