We are opening a global "eater-tainment" venue and looking for a General Manager/Director of Operations. We will do HUGE volume ($25,000,000 ) in an upscale environment consisting of Food (Oysters, Caviar, as well as sliders, flatbreads etc.), Beverage (unique cocktails) and a global, technologically driven interactive activity.
You will be responsible for opening, P&L, training, leading a team of managers and hourlies...
Growth will reach every major metropolitan city in the US.
