Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders for beverages and deliver them promptly
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any questions or concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of beverage station and work area
- Take food orders and serve to guests according to recipes and company standards
- Upsell additional items or specials to increase sales
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders
Experience:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred
- Knowledge of beverage preparation techniques and recipes
- Familiarity with bussing, culinary, and food handling procedures
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers
