As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their stay is seamless and memorable. **Responsibilities:** - Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival - Check guests in and out efficiently, handling reservations and payments accurately - Provide information about resort amenities, local attractions, and dining options - Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and courteously - Assist guests with special requests and resolve any issues or complaints effectively - Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area - Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay **Skills:** - Experience in front desk operations, preferably in a hotel or resort setting - Proficiency in guest services with a strong focus on hospitality - Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of hotel management systems and phone systems - Fluency in multiple languages is a plus (Bilingual, Multilingual) - Familiarity with night audit procedures is advantageous If you are passionate about hospitality, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a customer-centric role, we invite you to apply for the Front Desk Agent position at Ocean Breeze Resort.
