**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our facilities. **Responsibilities:** - Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry work, and repairing equipment. - Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems to identify issues. - Conduct regular inspections to identify areas in need of repair or maintenance. - Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management. - Supervise and coordinate contractors when necessary. - Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies. **Skills:** - Proficient in English for effective communication. - Strong mechanical knowledge to handle various maintenance tasks. - Experience with welding for repairs and fabrication. - Ability to supervise and lead maintenance projects effectively. - Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices. - Excellent customer service skills when interacting with staff or contractors. - Basic electrical knowledge, including familiarity with logic controllers. - Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment. - Leadership skills to guide a team effectively.
