Description

General Duties:

The Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting various administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operations within the organization. This position involves handling communications, providing support to multiple departments, and maintaining data accuracy. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities with strong computer skills.

Specific Duties:

• Type all reports and prepare correspondence.
• Gather and organize necessary information for reports and communications.
• Provide information to both internal and external customers, vendors, families, and care providers
• Provide support for Payroll, Human Resources, Purchasing, Billing, and Transportation activities.
• Perform data entry and maintain records in the IATS and EVERO databases.
• Secure and prepare meeting spaces as necessary.
• Provide supervision to individuals as needed.

Qualifications

Educational Requirements:

• A High School Diploma or GED

Skill Requirements:

• Proficient typing and data entry skills.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and database management.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized

Others:

• Bilingual skills are a plus.
