Job Description :
As a CSR (Client Service Representative) Agent, you will play a key role in driving our business growth by building and maintaining client relationships, assisting in selling insurance products, and delivering outstanding customer service.
The ideal candidate will have experience in personal lines as well as commercial lines and be fluent in both English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities :
- Selling assistance and service personal and commercial insurance products, including auto, home, life, business, and other lines of insurance.
- Develop and maintain a network of prospects through referrals, networking, and cold calling.
- Analyze clients' needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and coverage.
- Prepare and present quotes to potential clients, effectively communicating the benefits and value of our insurance products.
- Handle customer inquiries, policy renewals, and updates promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
- Stay current on industry trends, product changes, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications :
- Must be willing to learn with a positive attitude.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is recommended.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in using insurance sales tools and CRM software.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
