We are seeking an enthusiastic & customer driven individual to join our growing Insurance Agency in Sarasota, FL. This is a great opportunity for an energized individual.
The position is for a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative. In this role you will provide excellent customer service to our clients. We are a very client focused agency that puts a great deal of care into our client relationships. A positive attitude, strong communication skills and desire to help others will make you a perfect fit for our team.
Responsibilities Include:
- Answering client questions or concerns about their insurance policies.
- Process coverage change requests.
- Secure all Trailing & Supporting Documents from clients.
- Document all communication with a client in our CRM / Agency Mgmt System.
- Assist clients with premium payments.
- Fill out Intake forms for quotes.
- Run Auto & Home quotes in Quote Rush or Ezlynx.
- Respond to clients emails & voicemails promptly.
- Assist with Renewal Retention. Reviewing the new rate & running new quotes if needed due to rate increases.
- Assist with Carrier Underwriting requests.
- Cross-selling other products to the existing client base when appropriate
Requirements:
- 2-3 yrs experience
- Florida Property & Casualty Insurance License (440/220/2044)
- Proficiency to multi-task & follow up
- Professional phone etiquette
- Strong communication skills, both written & verbal
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Bilingual English/Spanish would be a plus, but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
