Customer Service Specialist

Position Overview : We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Customer Service Admin to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining a positive company image.

You will handle customer interactions and administrative tasks, contributing to multiple aspects of our organization. This full-time, on-site position offers a great opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities :

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
  • Address customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Stay informed about the company's products and services to provide accurate information.
  • Assist customers with orders, returns, and exchanges.
  • Collect feedback from customers and provide it to relevant departments.
  • Greet and assist visitors in the front office, maintain office supplies, manage deliveries, and coordinate meetings.
  • Assist executives or managers with various tasks and projects.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents, maintaining accurate records and files.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and resolve complex issues.
  • Provide backup to the team as needed.
  • Work in a fast-paced office, using strong multi-tasking skills and adjusting to changing environments.

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative assistant role.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
  • Ability to resolve issues efficiently and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Patience, empathy, and adaptability in handling various customer interactions.
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
  • Ability to meet department attendance guidelines, working a minimum of 40 hours weekly with flexible shifts.
