We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Manager to join our dynamic team. If you have a strong background in corporate finance or FP&A, and thrive in high-growth, fast-paced environments, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Requirements:
Experience:
- 5 years in corporate finance or corporate FP&A.
- Proven track record in high growth companies with tight deadlines.
- Healthcare is HIGHLY preferred and will be given preference
Financial Modeling:
- 5 years of solid financial modeling experience.
- Ability to build and understand 3-Statement Financial Models.
- Experience creating operational models (KPIs, Metrics, tracking).
Skills:
- Strong technical skills combined with financial acumen.
- Ability to create and present financial presentations, and defend and explain them at all levels.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and v-lookups (Power BI is a plus).
Management/Leadership:
- Demonstrated leadership and soft skills.
- Ability to manage and develop a direct report.
- Ideally, experience as a manager for 1-2 years. Will consider a strong senior looking for the next step in career
Personality:
- Flexibility to adapt to changing demands and respond to ad hoc requests.
- Positive attitude with polished presentation and communication skills.
- Deadline-driven with strong initiative.
- Ability to identify when to escalate issues and handle situations independently.
Preferred Background:
- Ideally from transactional services or advisory services.
- Experience in a PE-backed company is a significant plus
- Background in accounting, demonstrating rigor and attention to detail.
- Experience in transactional accounting with turnaround work preferred over i-banking.
- Investor relations experience, particularly in drafting IR communication, is beneficial.
