Senior Financial Controller Opportunity

We are partnered with a dynamic, rapidly growing industry leading company located in northwest metro Atlanta for a Senior Controller. This will be a highly visible, critical role focusing on M&A due diligence, valuation, strategy, and execution processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead M&A due diligence, valuation, strategy, and execution efforts.
• Assist in finalizing reporting to close books accurately and efficiently.
• Work closely with senior leadership and the board on acquisitions (4 planned for the remainder of this year)

Requirements:

1. 10-15 total years of experience, including 3-5 years as a controller.
2. Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
3. Must have multi-site experience
4. Strong communication skills
5. Experience presenting to and working closely with c-suite and board
6. 4 years of team leadership
7. 2 years of M&A experience, including due diligence, deal sourcing, DCF modeling/analysis, market analysis, and portfolio management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Public Accounting experience, ideally Big 4
• Private Equity (PE) experience.
