Job Description:
The Intersect Group is seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our client's team in Sandy Springs, GA. This position will start onsite for the initial 30 days and transition to a hybrid work model thereafter. As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for managing high-volume payroll processing for approximately 2,000 employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process high-volume payroll accurately and efficiently.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs, to manage and analyze payroll data.
- Maintain and update timekeeping systems to ensure accurate time tracking.
- Resolve payroll-related issues and inquiries from employees.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in payroll administration.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
- Strong knowledge of timekeeping systems.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
