Location: West Jordan Utah ( less than 5 minutes from I-15) Redwood road and 9000 South

One day work from home. Little to no travel Required

Job Type: Full-Time longer term career minded position

Salary: $40K Base OTE of $173K with uncapped commission.

What you will be doing:

As a Sales Account Executive (setter) you will be leading out in creating revenue for the company through innovative approaches, building rapport and ensuring you demonstrate poise, expertise, knowledge and general market savvy. Your focus will be to ensure each potential member has a consistent and enjoyable experience while learning about how to create success through our solution. 

  • Pitches/ Sales Presentation (Typically set by BDR)
  • Performing discovery on alignment to our business and offering
  • Follow up and pipeline Management answer questions and make progress toward sales
  • Building value and compelling motivation to empower Prospects to take action
  • Setting proper expectations to empower success with our programs 
  • Collaborating with team and marketing to ensure market alignment & messaging

  • Revenue Production
  • Prospecting warm leads
  • Reporting, forecasting and CRM management
  • Sales presentations ( Pitch)
  • Setting client expectations and working with integrity to prevent returns
