Job Description:
The Oracle HCM Cloud Security Administrator will be responsible for managing and administering security configurations within the Oracle HCM Cloud environment.
This role requires a deep understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud security architecture, best practices, and the ability to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and administer Oracle HCM Cloud security configurations.
Implement and maintain role-based access control (RBAC) within the Oracle HCM Cloud environment.
Ensure compliance with company security policies and industry standards.
Monitor and analyze security alerts and events.
Conduct regular security audits and assessments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate security risks.
Provide support and troubleshooting for security-related issues.
Develop and maintain documentation for security configurations and processes.
Stay current with the latest security trends, vulnerabilities, and best practices.

Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud security administration.
Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud security architecture and best practices.
Experience with role-based access control (RBAC) and security policies.
Knowledge of compliance standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, and SOX.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:Oracle HCM Cloud certification.
Experience with security information and event management (SIEM) tools.
Knowledge of data privacy regulations and secure coding practices.
Knowledge of banking/financial industry trends, products, and services (desired).
