Contact Center Nurse

We are seeking a Contact Center Nurse to join our team in Jackson, TN, 38305. The Contact Center Nurse will be responsible for answering and/or directing queries of patients. They must be able to efficiently and effectively answer a high volume of calls each day while maintaining a kind, and caring attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the triage of incoming patient care phone calls per established Provider protocols.
• Calls include refills, possible completion of pre-certifications/prior approvals when appropriate, symptom triage to determine the safest, most appropriate course of action for the patient, answering patient questions regarding healthcare issues, reinforcing information related to preps for tests/procedures.
• Will require familiarity with Policy and Procedures of The Jackson Clinic.

Requirements:

• Successful completion of an accredited LPN school/or extensive Medical Assistant experience
