Summary: As a General Laborer/Technician you will handle and service a variety of residential appliances; to include, ranges, refrigerators, microwaves, washers, dryers, and more. You will receive on the job training and work alongside other experienced Technicians until able to work unsupervised and lead others. Mechanical and technical aptitude is essential. Heavy lifting and moving of appliances will occur as needed. Operation of a company vehicle required. Pre-employment screening mandatory.

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation daily to shop located in Mounds View, MN
• Ability to work 40 hours per week and OT on occasion.
• Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving history
• Ability to lift 75 pounds and operate all relevant tools and equipment.
• Safely and with caution, load and unload product
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening (MVR and Background Check)
• Willingness to participate in any/all safety training required for the position.
• Preferred - Knowledge of the appliance industry, makes and models
• Preferred - Technical/mechanical knowledge of the functionality of varying appliances
• Preferred - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical and mechanical issues in real time
