Duties: - Assist in the provision of direct patient care in various healthcare settings such as emergency medicine, outpatient clinics, hospital medicine, and geriatrics. - Support patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and ensure their comfort and safety. - Collaborate with healthcare team members to address patient needs effectively. - Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the supervising healthcare professionals. - Provide support in Level II Trauma Centers, PICUs, and other inpatient units as required. - Engage with patients in a caring manner to promote socialization and mental stimulation. Skills: - Proficiency in assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and patient care procedures. - Experience in emergency medicine, outpatient care, or hospital settings is advantageous. - Strong communication skills to interact empathetically with patients and healthcare team members. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing patient needs. - Knowledge of clinic operations and procedures is beneficial. - Compassionate approach towards patient care and a desire to make a positive impact on patients' lives.
