- Provide an amazing buying experience for every client
- Assist with identifying homes that meet the criteria as specified by the Lead Agent
- Coordinate and set appointments for showings
- Show homes to clients
- Work with clients to refine their needs
- Attend team meetings and trainings
- AVAILABILITY IS IMPORTANT: COULD REQUIRE SHOWING ON WEEKENDS AND EVENINGS
- Must be available to show homes in a moments notice
- Nurture and follow up with prospective clients
- Social media knowledge and experience a plus
Qualifications
- MUST HAVE A VALID REAL ESTATE LICENSE
- MUST HAVE A RELIABLE CAR
- MUST HAVE A DRIVER'S LICENSE
- Must be available to show homes in a moments notice
- Driven, motivated and desires professional growth
- Can spend a large amount of time driving
- Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly
- If you are currently with a brokerage, we do expect you to join our brokerage and team exclusively.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: Up to $50.00 per hour
