Job Duties:
Intense amount of lead follow up
Show Properties
Negotiating and Executing contracts
Tracking daily numbers
Accountability and Reporting
Required Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge:
Valid New York State Real Estate License *(Required)*
Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
Fluent in English and Chinese is a plus
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Strong time management and Punctuality is a must!
Strong organizational skills
Ability to think fast quickly and be inquisitive
Must have high energy, drive, and commitment
Reliable, strong work ethic and ability to work unsupervised
Have a cool and positive attitude
