Responsibilities State Farm Litigation Counsel is seeking a trial attorney to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to handle personal injury defense litigation and insurance-related matters in a structured environment. Candidates should possess superior oral advocacy and writing skills, outstanding research abilities, a strong teamwork orientation, and high ethical standards. Candidates should be well organized, detail oriented, and able to independently manage a caseload in a time sensitive environment. You will be working in a hybrid environment, with some required presence in the office and some remote. Work arrangements could change over time based on business needs.

Qualifications We are looking for candidates who have the following experience: 1-15 years of legal practiceCivil or criminal jury trial experience, or a strong desire for jury trial experienceStrong technological skillsInsurance defense background preferred
