Interim HealthCare is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech Pathologist to join our team! The ideal candidate will have experience working with preschool-aged children and possess a strong understanding of speech and language development. As a Speech Pathologist, you will play a crucial role in helping our students overcome speech and language challenges, enabling them to communicate effectively and participate fully in classroom activities.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments to evaluate speech, language, and communication skills of preschool-aged children.Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address speech and language delays or disorders.Provide direct therapy services to students both individually and in group settings.Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' speech and language development in the classroom and at home.Monitor and track student progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.Provide guidance and support to teachers and staff on strategies to facilitate language-rich environments and promote communication skills development.Stay up-to-date on best practices and research in the field of speech pathology.
