**Position Overview:**

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team and oversee the operations of three busy chiropractic clinics. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent leadership and communication skills. This role requires the ability to effectively manage staff, optimize clinic workflow, and ensure exceptional patient care.

**Responsibilities:**

  • - Collaborate with the Operations Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve clinic efficiency and patient satisfaction.
  • - Oversee daily clinic operations, including staff scheduling, patient flow, and inventory management.
  • - Train, mentor, and supervise clinic staff to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • - Manage patient inquiries, complaints, and feedback to ensure prompt resolution and maintain high levels of customer service.
  • - Assist in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new clinic staff as needed.
  • - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track clinic performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • - Collaborate with the Operations Manager to develop and manage clinic budgets and financial targets.
  • - Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards of practice in the chiropractic industry
  • - Provide 24/7 operational support as needed.

**Qualifications:**

  • - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field preferred.
  • - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a management role, preferably in a healthcare or medical setting.
  • - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
  • - Knowledge of chiropractic practices and procedures is preferred but not required.
