Position Overview:

As a Chiropractic Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, responsible for delivering an exceptional experience through professional and efficient service. This role requires a blend of strong administrative skills, sales aptitude, and the ability to handle a high volume of patient interactions with grace and poise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Interaction: Answer phones promptly and courteously, addressing patient inquiries and scheduling appointments.
• Administrative Duties: Accurately enter and manage patient information, scan and organize paperwork, and handle light cleaning tasks.
• Patient Flow Management: Coordinate and manage patient flow to ensure a seamless and efficient experience for all visitors.
• Communication: Clearly and effectively communicate care plans and other relevant information to patients.
• Sales Support: Assist in promoting clinic services and programs as needed.

Qualifications:

• Exceptional People Skills: Demonstrated ability to interact professionally with patients and colleagues.
• Composure Under Pressure: Proven ability to manage a high volume of patient interactions with professionalism and efficiency.
• Administrative and Sales Skills: Relevant experience or strong aptitude in administrative functions and sales.
• Basic Computer Proficiency: Fundamental computer skills required; specific system training will be provided.
• Team-Oriented Attitude: A collaborative spirit with a proactive approach to problem-solving and teamwork.

Position Details:

• Hours: Full-time, 4 days a week (10-hour shifts) from 9 AM to 7 PM.
• Compensation: Starting at $16 per hour, with clinic-based monthly bonuses.
• Training: Comprehensive training provided to ensure you are well-prepared for your role.
