Job DescriptionCOMMERCIAL LINES ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE - Insurance AgencyJob location: Metairie, LA - hybridSuccessful independent insurance brokerage located in Metairie, LA is seeking to add a Commercial Insurance Account Executive to an expanding, professional team. We are looking for a passionate and experienced licensed insurance professional to analyze, retain, service, market and round-out coverage needs for successful clients.
- At least 5 years’ experience with Commercial Lines – client servicing experience with Marine & Energy industries preferred
- Experience with a variety of major insurance carriers.
- Current Property & Casualty License
- Manage a high-volume book of Commercial Lines Property & Casualty Insurance business
- Handle renewals, service requests, claims, billing and new policies
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the markets and their appetites, underwriting guidelines, submitting and procedures
- Review all applications, policies, endorsements and audits for accuracy
- Complete loss/claim analysis and summaries
