Job DescriptionHigh Net Worth Insurance Practice Leader - Hybrid in Great ATL area $150k-$180k with strong bonus opportunity Position Overview: The High Net Worth Insurance Practice Leader is responsible for leading the high net worth (HNW) insurance practice, developing and executing strategies to grow the HNW client base, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to clients. This role involves managing a team of specialists, maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and staying abreast of market trends and regulatory changes. Key Responsibilities
Leadership and Management:
Lead and manage the high net worth insurance practice team.
Develop and implement strategies to grow the HNW client base.
Ensure the team delivers high-quality service and advice to clients.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with high net worth clients.
Understand clients' unique insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
Conduct regular reviews of clients' insurance portfolios and make recommendations.
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the high net worth segment.
Develop marketing and sales strategies to attract and retain HNW clients.
