Job Description
Commercial Insurance Customer Service Representative (Marietta GA)
Summary :
National Insurance Agency with a growing middle market commercial lines division looking to add a commercial account manager to their team!
Job Duties :
- Full Knowledge of insurance products and usages
- Ability to advise and consult with clients re : their insurance coverages
- Manage workflow of assigned book of business and delegate workflow
- Maintain accounts in accordance with organizational guidelines
- Service and monitor account activity.
- Call existing insured to compliment or round out personal accounts.
- Work strategically with sales staff to optimize relationships and protect client’s business.
- Perform special projects as directed by the VP, Commercial Lines.
- Review policies and coverage for accuracy and rating calculations.
- Process endorsements, placement requests and invoicing.
- Complete and prepare certificates, proposals, policy summaries and reviews.
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with our partners, carriers and vendors.
- Responsible for marketing process & quoting new and renewal business
Qualifications :
- Ability to meet / w clients and discuss insurance mitigation strategies
- Must be organized
- Ability to delegate workflow
- Ability to multi task
- Strong math & technical skills
- Experienced w / EPIC or equivalent agency management system
Salary Range - 50,000-70,000 base Bonus, 401k, benefits, generous PTO / Vacation
