Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique insurance needs.
- Assess and analyze clients' current insurance coverage and recommend appropriate adjustments.
- Review policies, process renewals, and make changes to policies as necessary.
- Provide expert advice on insurance products and coverage options.
- Collaborate with underwriters and carriers to negotiate terms and pricing.
- Assist clients in filing claims and provide support throughout the claims process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and regulations.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal insurance sales or account management.
- Active insurance license.
- Strong knowledge of personal insurance products, including auto, home, and umbrella policies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional customer service orientation.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
