Position Overview :

As a Personal Insurance Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of personal insurance accounts.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service, assessing their insurance needs, and tailoring insurance solutions to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique insurance needs.
• Assess and analyze clients' current insurance coverage and recommend appropriate adjustments.
• Review policies, process renewals, and make changes to policies as necessary.
• Provide expert advice on insurance products and coverage options.
• Collaborate with underwriters and carriers to negotiate terms and pricing.
• Assist clients in filing claims and provide support throughout the claims process.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and regulations.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.

Qualifications :

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal insurance sales or account management.
• Active insurance license.
• Strong knowledge of personal insurance products, including auto, home, and umbrella policies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional customer service orientation.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
