Personal Insurance Account Manager

Job Summary :

Our established agency is on the lookout for an outgoing and personable individual to join our team as a Personal Insurance Account Manager.

This role involves providing timely quotes, recognizing cross-selling opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications :

The ideal candidate will bring :

• Personal Lines Experience : Previous experience working with personal lines coverage in a brokerage or agency setting.
• Client Relationship Management : Proven experience in maintaining and nurturing client relationships.
• Negotiation Skills : Ability to negotiate with carrier underwriters on behalf of clients to secure the best rates.
• Submission Handling : Proficiency in managing new and renewal submissions.
• Policy Quoting and Issuing : Prior experience in quoting, binding, and issuing policies.
• Carrier and Rating System Knowledge : Familiarity with working with multiple carriers and using various rating systems.
• Overall Account Management : Strong skills in managing overall accounts efficiently.

Requirements :

• Work with Carriers : Utilize your knowledge of multiple carriers and rating systems to best serve clients.
• Account Management : Oversee and manage client accounts to ensure all needs are met.
