- Conduct thorough investigations of commercial auto/physical damage claims to determine coverage, liability, and damages.
- Gather relevant information, interview involved parties, and inspect damaged properties or sites.
- Interpret insurance policies to determine coverage applicability and limitations.
- Provide clear and accurate coverage decisions to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Evaluate damages, negotiate settlements, and resolve claims in accordance with company policies and industry standards.
- $75,000 - $80,000 annual base salary (based on experience)

- Bachelor's degree in business, insurance, or a related field.
- 5 years of proven experience as a Commercial Auto/Physical Damage Claims Adjuster or in a similar claims handling role.
- Strong knowledge of commercial auto/trucking insurance principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with claims management software.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., AIC, CPCU) are a plus.
