Job DescriptionThe Senior General Liability Claims Adjuster is responsible for investigating, evaluating, and resolving complex general liability claims. This role requires a thorough understanding of liability issues, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple claims simultaneously.

- $76K - $80K / Year (based on experience)
- 401k plan
- Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance
- Handling Commercial General Liability claims for small to midsize businesses, including restaurants, bars, taverns, construction accounts
- Handling GL, Slip & Falls, Food Contamination, Bodily Injury claims and litigation from moderate to high exposure.
- Will be handling litigated files.
- 5 years of experience handling Commercial General Liability claims.
- Litigation experience required
- 5 years Commercial GL
- BA (Preferred)
- Preferred Licensure: UT
