Program Integrator Level II, Level III 8-25 yrs of exp. I you will play a crucial role in assisting program managers and leadership in monitoring and reporting on the health of various programs and initiatives. This position requires a deep engagement in program management, financial analysis, and acquisition support, suitable for individuals with significant experience in these areas. Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive acquisition support and program management assistance.
Analyze financial execution and projection reports, and liaise with key stakeholders.
Develop and manage detailed program documentation.
Utilize advanced tools like MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Create reports to support program management functions.
Advise in decision-making processes with well-researched point papers, briefing charts, and spreadsheets.
Qualifications
Eight years of combined experience in program management, contract management, or financial management, and a bachelor's degree with a business or technical focus.
Alternatively, Project Management Institute PMP certification, Certified Federal Contracts Manager certification, or DAWIA Level II in any area and an additional 3 years of prior experience can substitute for a degree.
Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel, including pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts, is required.
This role is an opportunity to leverage your experience in program management and to contribute to the effective running and improvement of critical programs. TS/SCI/Poly clearance is required.
